The answer, I think, is very simple. We are not as strong mentally and lack the confidence and habits needed for success.
Mental fitness is your capacity to respond to life’s challenges with a positive rather than a negative mindset.

Your career is an important part of your life. Make it count. The guest on this week's episode is Nicky Espinosa, someone helping others in their career. I first saw Nicky when she interviewed me for her Podcast. I immediately knew I wanted to have this dynamic individual on my show.
Nicky is a Midwest girl through and through, where she currently lives with her husband and three dogs. As a young girl growing up on a hobby farm in Minnesota, Nicky always dreamed big and moved fast. She fell in love with her husband at first sight and has been married for over 25 years. She raised two children while climbing the corporate ladder before launching a successful coaching business.
Nicky is always having fun and embracing the unexpected. She enjoys driving with the windows down and the music loud and lives by the motto: always act younger than you are.
In her first book, No Apology Needed, Nicky encourages you to embrace your wilder side and step up to your badass influence to create the career of your dreams.
The only limits are the ones you create!
Nicky is hosting the UNSTOPPABLE YOU Masterclass. Discover Your Differentiators & Earn Credibility with Ease.
