As a former C-level executive, I always wondered why the higher I got on the corporate ladder, the fewer females seemed to be there with me.

The answer, I think, is very simple. We are not as strong mentally and lack the confidence and habits needed for success.

Nicky is a Midwest girl through and through, where she currently lives with her husband and three dogs. As a young girl growing up on a hobby farm in Minnesota, Nicky always dreamed big and moved fast. She fell in love with her husband at first sight and has been married for over 25 years. She raised two children while climbing the corporate ladder before launching a successful coaching business.

Nicky is always having fun and embracing the unexpected. She enjoys driving with the windows down and the music loud and lives by the motto: always act younger than you are.
