She is a Master Certified 5-PATH® Certified Hypnotist and 7th Path Self-Hypnosis® Teacher who specialized in Informed Soul Techniques. Lynn has walked the path of mindfulness. She has also been certified as a personal trainer in women’s health, fitness, and nutrition and certified as an aromatherapist, a meditation guide, and a certified reflexologist.

 It is because her life goal is to help women completely let go of their limiting beliefs formed from past trauma, so they can create from powerful possibilities and build the life and business of their dreams.

For decades she has helped overs come back into their beautiful body to love and trust it once again. Her Rapid Recovery Method combines ancient healing, fitness, nutrition, and subconscious reprogramming to take you places you never thought possible.
