Dan Collins 00:00:41 Is your casa. Welcome back or welcome to Casa de confidence. My name is Dan and.
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:00:49 This is Julie DeLuca. Collins?
Dan Collins 00:00:51 Yes, Julie. I'm back.
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:00:53 You are back. Living the dream.
Dan Collins 00:00:56 Last couple of the last couple of episodes, Those, went out without, you know, the great and mighty Dan.
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:01:04 That's correct.
Dan Collins 00:01:05 Chatting with Julie at the beginning.
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:01:07 So I know, I know.
Dan Collins 00:01:08 And the 12 days of Christmas you've been doing. Yeah. On your own.
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:01:12 Just some terrific people that we needed to highlight. And I loved being able to bring all these individual people to us. And we're doing some big changes in 2025, but we're not going to talk about that now.
Dan Collins 00:01:26 We're going to talk about what went on in 2024.
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:01:29 In 2024, we had some incredible guests, and I am so grateful to every single person who tuned in and every single person who was part of the show, because I learned a lot.
Dan Collins 00:01:42 Did you?
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:01:43 I did, I learned a heck of a lot from everybody who graced us with their presence and the individuals who gave up their time and their expertise to be able to help touch the lives of others and I.
Dan Collins 00:01:58 Might have learned a thing or two also.
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:02:00 Yes. What did you learn?
Dan Collins 00:02:04 Put me on the spot like that. I learned a thing or two. I got to go back and look and see what I learned.
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:02:09 Well, how about we talk about our number ten episode?
Dan Collins 00:02:13 Oh it had we're going to look at stats. We are. Are you going through the top ten.
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:02:18 We're going to do a top ten.
Dan Collins 00:02:20 We're going to do a top ten. What is this a top ten of top ten of what people.
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:02:25 Most listen to us. Yes. Are our top most listen episodes.
Dan Collins 00:02:31 Oh I love a good top ten list. You know, what did the people or sorry did the episodes that you thought would be in the top ten land at the top ten?
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:02:44 They did.
Dan Collins 00:02:45 Not really. Some.
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:02:47 Some did, I guess, but not all. Not all. I think that this is a good thermometer for us as to measuring the passions and the things that people really want to hear about. So I think we're going to definitely pivot from the things that maybe people like but don't love, okay? Because we want to make everybody love it. But we're still going to be informational, educational, inspirational, and most of all help you go confidently in the direction of your dreams.
Dan Collins 00:03:27 Wow, look at you. Got that in there. You know, the other thing is too, you expect a lot of times you expect something to be really cool. And it is. Every interview is really cool. You expected to do really well, but it doesn't in other ones you didn't expect do. And that's kind of like that thing, like, you know, when I'm editing art for some of our clients, I'm like, you know, I'm doing this or typing up the show notes and, you're like, oh, this is awesome. This is great. It looks visually stunning. It's I'm so proud of this. And I'll show it to you and you're like But it's not what's going to attract people to listen to, to watch in like YouTube. You know I'm doing a thumbnail or something like that and I'm like but it looks so good. I, it was you know what. Sometimes you got to throw that away and you got to come back with something that's actually serving people.
Dan Collins 00:04:28 And, and part of serving people is, is, is getting content up there for them to consume so they can learn things. And that's the thing by listening.
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:04:42 Is a thing by.
Dan Collins 00:04:42 Listening and looking at the stats for these podcasts, for anyone doing a podcast or on YouTube, look at your data and see what people are listening to. And then or watching and then? Then you know what? You'll know what they're looking for. And it's not necessarily always what you want to put out there.
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:05:04 That's true.
Dan Collins 00:05:05 Right.
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:05:06 That's true. Yeah.
Dan Collins 00:05:07 It's it's just it's just something to, to learn and adapt to and that's that's cool. Sorry. I'm, I'm babbling on anyway. Hey, Julie. Yes, Daniel, I said I love a top ten.
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:05:18 You love a top ten? Well, first of all, I just want to give an honorable mention to still our most popular episode of all time.
Dan Collins 00:05:28 Of all time, of all time. And you know what? I know what this one is.
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:05:32 Okay, what episode would that be?
Dan Collins 00:05:35 Well, I don't know the episode number, but I do know it's current. Crabtree.
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:05:40 It sure is. Corinne Crabtree, the Nobbs woman. She still comes in at number one. She's episode 57. And Corinne is someone who has been influential on my life. I talk about her in my book confident. Use simple habits to live the life you have imagined. But she has a membership, the no BS group, and we talk about how she influenced me not only in my weight loss journey, but also has been my coach and very influential in getting me in the personal development and getting me started in coaching. So incredibly grateful. Some of the best friendships and relationships that I have not only come from my relationship with Corinne, but also from her membership.
Dan Collins 00:06:23 In one occurrence, best Friends.
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:06:26 Jane Pilger is also another coach of mine.
Dan Collins 00:06:30 Yeah, she is one of our clients and I edit her podcast Binge Breakthrough.
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:06:36 That's right. And she just dropped her book, The Binge Breakthrough Book, which I highly recommend individuals to get.
Dan Collins 00:06:44 Absolutely. You should go out and check that out.
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:06:46 And we also have an episode with Jane. So I'm going to link that. I'm going to link all the episodes in the show notes. But Corinne is definitely our top of all time now.
Dan Collins 00:06:56 Dan, she's our goat.
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:06:57 She's our goat.
Dan Collins 00:06:58 So now is episodes. So, Julie.
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:07:01 What city in the United States do you think is our top city that people listen to? You won't guess it? I will tell you.
Dan Collins 00:07:09 Now. You don't think I'll guess it?
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:07:10 No.
Dan Collins 00:07:11 I am going to guess. Charlotte.
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:07:19 Charlotte. Charlotte. North Carolina? Yeah. That one. No, it's Houston, Texas.
Dan Collins 00:07:24 Houston.
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:07:25 Houston, Texas.
Dan Collins 00:07:27 It's not New York City.
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:07:29 No, new York City didn't even make the top ten. But Texas made the top ten. Top five cities twice.
Dan Collins 00:07:38 Oh that's.
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:07:38 Awesome. Houston is number one. Seattle, Washington.
Dan Collins 00:07:43 This is a whole nother top ten list.
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:07:45 Oh, Dallas. Columbus, Ohio.
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:07:47 Minneapolis and Colorado.
Dan Collins 00:07:50 Colorado is not a city.
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:07:53 Oh, okay. Colorado. Hold on. Centennial. Colorado.
Dan Collins 00:07:57 Centennial. Yes. Oh, cool.
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:08:00 Anyway, New York City is like top 12, but. And then our top country after the United States is Canada.
Dan Collins 00:08:08 Canada. Oh, number three. Australia. Yes, yes. Number four. And you know why Australia is number three?
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:08:16 Because it's down under. Because, God, you're so predictable.
Dan Collins 00:08:20 Whenever you interview somebody from Australia, you can't help but say down under.
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:08:26 Okay, so, after Australia, what do you think is the next one.
Dan Collins 00:08:31 After Australia has got to be. Let me think. The UK.
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:08:37 Yes. And then after that it's.
Dan Collins 00:08:39 Pretty good right. It's pretty good. I'm pretty good. I'm pretty good guesser okay.
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:08:43 So what's next.
Dan Collins 00:08:45 Let me You think.
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:08:46 It's a country? I would move to.
Dan Collins 00:08:48 A country that you would move to Ireland?
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:08:50 Yes. Look at you. Ding ding ding ding ding.
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:08:53 Oh my God, you're like amazing. And then I will say number six. But you know it's it's South Africa.
Dan Collins 00:09:01 I was going to say South Africa for the year.
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:09:03 Not I was.
Dan Collins 00:09:04 Totally going to say that it must be my brain from looking at the stats.
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:09:08 Really.
Dan Collins 00:09:09 So I do my research, babe.
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:09:11 You do your research. Okay.
Dan Collins 00:09:13 Anyway. All right, so top episode's.
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:09:18 Our top episode. I'm not going to tell you what number one is yet, but I will say there's been a theme. Productivity has definitely been a theme. And I love talking about productivity. And one of our top guests coming in at number ten, Mr. Productivity. Mark Straczynski.
Dan Collins 00:09:38 Hey, I think you got the name right, Julie. Oh my goodness.
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:09:41 I hope so.
Dan Collins 00:09:42 Your Achilles heel.
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:09:44 You know. Mark shared his thoughts on the importance of studying books, gamifying productivity and embracing clarity to achieve success, and he also shared his unique approach to productivity. He draws from his personal experience and the lessons he learned along the way, which is the same thing that I do when I talk about productivity and my Pomodoro episode.
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:10:05 My solo episode was episode number nine. Now episode number ten is episode 257 that dropped in June 10th of 2024.
Dan Collins 00:10:15 It's actually. Which episode?
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:10:18 Episode 247. You said.
Dan Collins 00:10:20 257.
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:10:21 Okay, well You Know 247.
Dan Collins 00:10:23 For those confused.
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:10:24 Seven, who are those confused, but we're going to have it on the show notes so people can go to the show notes now. Of course.
Dan Collins 00:10:30 So what's number nine?
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:10:32 Number nine I just said that is the Pomodoro episode. My solo episode.
Dan Collins 00:10:37 Oh, your solo episode. Oh. Oh, that's the next downloaded episode.
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:10:42 That's the next top downloaded episode.
Dan Collins 00:10:45 I was confused.
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:10:47 You were Corn Fuse.
Dan Collins 00:10:49 So number ten was Master key. Number nine was your solo episode?
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:10:53 Yes. And, you know, making solo episodes was something that I really, really, really enjoyed specifically because I think I have a lot to say, and sometimes I really. Why are you laughing?
Dan Collins 00:11:08 Nothing. Because you have a lot of.
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:11:10 Wow, wow. Unbelievable. Listen, I, I love being able to talk about things that I'm passionate about and productivity is one of them.
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:11:18 And talking about the Pomodoro method, which is something that has helped me tremendously in my own life, is something that I hope that people can take away and also use. Because sometimes we. And this goes back to what Mark was saying with Gamifying productivity, the Pomodoro is just, I'm using a timer for 20 minutes and doing these quick sprints in which you're doing one task for 20 minutes and try to get as much of it done, and then you give yourself a break in between. So I love talking about that, and I talk more about it in that episode. Cool. And guess what? Number eight is number eight. Yes, this is episode 232. And it is. It was published in February 18th and is the episode The Intuitive Journey from a Legal Career to Spiritual Wisdom with Angie de Lumiere, which I love this episode. You know, she emphasized about mental health awareness and the power of intuition in decision making, and she shared her personal story on how her intuition saved her from danger.
Dan Collins 00:12:36 Very cool.
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:12:37 Yeah. So I love Angie. And she is in the UK, so she is a wonderful individual. She's doing some incredible things in the world and we also talked about Byron Katie's for questions to be emotional free for the emotional freedom technique, and we discuss practical tools to help to dismantle those limiting beliefs that embark, that help keep us from embarking on the path of emotional freedom. And I know that this is definitely a theme that many of our other guests shared with us, and we had multiple other individuals that shared the EFT technique with us, so we will link some of those as well. Cool.
Dan Collins 00:13:24 All right. How about number seven?
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:13:27 Okay.
Dan Collins 00:13:27 Lucky number.
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:13:28 Seven. Lucky number seven okay. So number seven is actually one of two brothers that we hosted. And I wonder if I should.
Dan Collins 00:13:37 Dude.
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:13:38 A cool dude came in at number seven.
Dan Collins 00:13:42 Oh, that's two already.
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:13:44 That's two already. I want to say that both, Solomon and Samuel, who are brothers, the Timothy brothers were incredibly, giving in, powerful in what they talked about when it came to the power of personal brand and also marketing, which is something that definitely we are always learning and growing and finding ways in which we can become better.
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:14:13 Because first of all, personal brand is one of the things that I believe everyone needs to know more about and needs to be able to embrace in their journey. Whether it be someone who is a speaker, someone who is a coach, someone who has a business, or someone who is just a private person, your personal brand is really driven by your values and understanding what sets you apart. So again, that episode by Sam and Timothy is personal branding, which is, released in January.
Dan Collins 00:14:50 In January.
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:14:52 Yeah, it released in January 29th and it's episode 228. We talked about how personal branding is a secret weapon for growth, business growth. Absolutely.
Dan Collins 00:15:06 With Solomon Timothy. And we talked.
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:15:09 About the effectiveness of email marketing, which I love. Email marketing is one of the most important things that one can do in your business. And he also advocates for making a first approach to business. And I love his expertise, has been definitely someone who I've learned a lot from in the past year. I like to go through his content.
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:15:30 He has some great offers and I encourage the listeners. Also if you're looking to improve your personal brand and really be able to learn more about marketing, this is a great place for you to go in and learn more from our guest, Salman.
Dan Collins 00:15:48 All right. Who's number six.
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:15:51 Number. Wait a minute. Ten. Nine. Eight. No, no, that's number eight. Number seven is.
Dan Collins 00:15:58 Next. That was number seven.
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:16:01 Okay. So Mr. Productivity was ten.
Speaker 3 00:16:03 Mmhm.
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:16:04 Pomodoro is nine.
Speaker 3 00:16:06 Mmhm.
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:16:07 Personal brand is eight. Oh Angie. No never mind eight is Angie. That's seven okay. So you're right I'm wrong.
Dan Collins 00:16:15 What was that.
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:16:15 That hurt me. No.
Dan Collins 00:16:16 Can you say it one more time?
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:16:17 I'm not gonna say it again.
Dan Collins 00:16:18 Well, you know what? I just recorded it. I'm gonna copy that, paste it.
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:16:22 And you're gonna put it as your ringer.
Dan Collins 00:16:23 It's gonna be my ringer.
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:16:25 It's gonna be in your ringer.
Dan Collins 00:16:26 Yeah, actually, it's gonna appear in episodes in the future.
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:16:30 Nice.
Dan Collins 00:16:31 So just randomly. Yeah, I think that'd be nice.
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:16:36 Well, excuse me, everybody, as I cough in your ears, but, you know, Sjogren's cough variant asthma seems to be part of the theme of the year for me here. Okay. So the other episode that was highly rated number six. Yeah. Well this was not a guest episode. It was a personal episode a solo episode.
Dan Collins 00:16:56 Another solo episode.
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:16:58 Yes. And this was how to live the life of your dreams.
Dan Collins 00:17:04 Sounds like a theme.
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:17:08 Well this episode really was something that I wanted to discuss specifically because I think that we have the power and this goes back a little bit back to the Angie episode. Right. We have, we have the power to decide to be able to say and chart our course and to live the life of our dream. It's about the choices that we make, and it's about the things that we believe that we can do, because our mindset and our thoughts really empower our actions. And that's something that we unpack.
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:17:48 And it's a short episode. It's 11 minutes, Dan.
Dan Collins 00:17:51 That's an easy listen.
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:17:52 It's an easy listen again. And I really enjoy doing solo episodes, and you will be seeing a lot more of that in the coming year.
Dan Collins 00:18:01 How to live the life of your dreams.
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:18:04 Yes, life of your dreams indeed.
Dan Collins 00:18:07 That was all the way back in January. yes. January. Let me see. What episode number is that?
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:18:17 I don't know if we put a number in that. Did we put a number on that?
Dan Collins 00:18:20 Anyway, you can go back to January. You can go.
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:18:22 Back to January. Indeed. Yeah. Okay. So the next episode that I want to talk about.
Dan Collins 00:18:28 We're in our top five now. It's exciting.
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:18:31 Oh my goodness. Okay is friend of the show. I have been on her podcast and she and I are actually. Here's a little coming event. She is hosting a big bundle of great goodies that she's going to be sending out to everyone, and I am going to share that information for this bundle where you can get lots of really great tools.
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:18:56 But in this heartwarming episode of the podcast, I hosted my friend Christian doctor Christine Schroeder, and she had a dream of delivering a Ted talk. She's working through that. She also talks about how she walks her listeners through self-care. And really, the discussion centered around facing fears and the importance of identifying our weaknesses. of course, self-care was part of the conversation, but we explored holistic living interconnectedness between our mind, body, and soul. And this is definitely a theme that we had with many of our other guests, though episode is one where we also highlight and this is episode 247 as well.
Dan Collins 00:19:52 As well.
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:19:53 As well. Did we mess this up?
Dan Collins 00:19:56 Did we? You do the numbering?
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:19:58 Oh well, I guess it was me. June 3rd is when this dropped. It dropped on my sister's birthday. But this is again something that I love. The power of gratitude is another topic that we discussed with several of the guests, but this was something that definitely we touched on with Christine, and she's a great partner, a great person that I love to collaborate with.
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:20:25 And this is something that I encourage you to go into the year with great people, to connect with, great people to collaborate with, so that you can be confident in your life. We need to find people that come alongside of us and help us and support us. Cool. All right, next episode, hold on.
Dan Collins 00:20:48 Just for, for those people who are confused, Christiane Schroeder is episode 247. It. Now you can find Mr. Productivity as 240 7-B.
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:21:06 That's hilarious.
Speaker 3 00:21:09 Thank you.
Dan Collins 00:21:09 Daniel updated that because you know what that means. What? That every episode after that is going to have to be changed. So so he is 247 be now okay.
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:21:21 All right. Well let's jump into the next episode that really, very insightful. And relationships, like I said, are important. And not all relationships can have a wonderful outcome. There's some challenges that we can encounter in relationships. And we hosted Vanessa martinez on the podcast, and Vanessa talked about betrayal, and she is a betrayal recovery specialist.
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:21:51 And we talked about the impact of betrayal because at one point or another, sadly, all of us will encounter something like that. We also talked about the unique nature of relationships and the recovery process. We talked about the challenges and opportunities in overcoming betrayal and her personal, very compelling story in how, again, she was able to have a heart to heart with herself, with her friends, her community, and continue to live her life despite encountering a betrayal by someone she loved. So yeah, I. Did you enjoy that episode with Vanessa? Yes, she's she's incredible. I really loved her, and I continue to be a fan of her work and continue to be a fan of the things that she shares, because she's incredibly insightful. Now, I will say that because relationships are important and transformation is important. Everybody has a secret that keeps you from being your fantastic self, and that is self-doubt. And sometimes the self-doubt comes from the pain that we've encountered. Our next episode was the episode with Jill Schultz, who talked about really Unleashing authenticity and we are going to self-doubt.
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:23:26 But we can start conquering the challenges. And she shares how she did that and how she turned her pain into purpose. She shared her message in her book, and she began to live her life unashamedly, and she allowed herself to be that true person. And that's a powerful testament to the strength that we each hold within each other. Yeah. So Jill was incredible, and she.
Speaker 3 00:23:59 Was number three.
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:24:00 What?
Dan Collins 00:24:01 She was number three.
Speaker 3 00:24:03 She was popular.
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:24:04 Was. And now we have a tie for number two.
Dan Collins 00:24:09 A tie for two.
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:24:11 A tie for.
Speaker 3 00:24:11 Two.
Dan Collins 00:24:12 So I mean, does that mean one of them is number one.
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:24:15 No. It means that they both had.
Dan Collins 00:24:18 So there's two number twos. So this is actually a top 11 list.
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:24:22 Oh my God, Dan, really? You got to be really specific on that.
Speaker 3 00:24:26 Oh of course.
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:24:27 Oh my god. Okay. Well, the episode, that is tied for number two.
Dan Collins 00:24:35 The two episodes.
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:24:36 The two episodes. One of them is also talking about relationships.
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:24:40 And the other one is talking about relationships with different types of relationships.
Dan Collins 00:24:46 Oh, two relationship episodes.
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:24:49 Okay, so the first episode that I want to share with you is the Secrets to Deeper Intimacy. Just like Vanessa's episode was very touching and people really resonated with that. We also touched on the other part, and Doctor Stephanie Bathurst talked about intimacy. She is definitely she's a therapist and she helps individuals go towards a journey of fulfilling relationships, sexual empowerment. And our conversation was very enlightening because she does a couples therapy in sexual intimacy coaching. And her story is not just inspiring, but is a testament. Again, like our other guests of the power of pursuing one's passions. And it's not just a passion for somebody else, but is a passion for what we believe in, what we feel strongly about. And our intimate relationships require patience, ongoing willingness to confront uncomfortable things and truth. And it will reward us with more deeper connections. And that's a lot of what we talked about with Doctor Stephanie Bathurst.
Dan Collins 00:26:10 And and that just goes to show you everyone likes a good episode about sex.
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:26:15 Let's talk about sex, baby.
Dan Collins 00:26:18 Not just about sex is about intimacy. Well, in when you are intimate with somebody.
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:26:24 Yes.
Dan Collins 00:26:25 Into me.
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:26:27 See into me. See? That's right. Now.
Dan Collins 00:26:31 So that was the two.
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:26:33 That. No, that was the one.
Speaker 3 00:26:35 The one.
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:26:35 And now the other one that, Helped. And by the way, I've been seeing some really, really, great stuff that our next guest organization has been doing. The name of the organization is girl. Same. Well, that's the name of her podcast, but the name or the organization is the Hot Mess Express. And this is Brittany Tran, who started an organization in which she's on a mission to help other women know that they're not alone. And this is, again, the voice behind the top podcast, girls team and the nonprofit Hot Mess Express comes in and helps women who may be struggling, right? She's creating safe spaces for women.
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:27:27 Also, you know, some of us are going to have times in which we need help, and this is where we need to have a cure for loneliness. And what Brittney does is she brings individuals to come alongside of women who are struggling in a guilt free me time so that, you know, for instance, if I'm having a struggle with my house and I'm just don't know what to do for a second or third. Brittany helps to organize individuals that are going to come and no shame come to help you, come to come alongside of you and walk you through. Really, becoming a better version and helping you do something as maybe doing your laundry or cleaning up, you know, stuff that needs to be done, that sometimes we just don't have the bandwidth, but we need other girlfriends to come alongside of us. And you know, we can't do this alone, friends. It's all about the relationships, the communities that we create. And I love learning about her work. I love learning that she saw a need in her communities, and she helps with her organization, how other women tackle their messes without shame.
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:28:43 And we all have them. We all have these instances in which sometimes we just need someone to help us.
Speaker 3 00:28:51 Cool.
Dan Collins 00:28:52 So I know number one.
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:28:55 You know, number one, I.
Dan Collins 00:28:57 Think I know the number one episode.
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:28:58 Oh, I am curious to see if you know number one.
Dan Collins 00:29:02 I'll give you two words.
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:29:05 Okay.
Dan Collins 00:29:06 Burnout.
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:29:09 I think that that is abso freaking lutely correct.
Dan Collins 00:29:13 You think so?
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:29:15 I think so, I know so. Because burnout is definitely a topic that resonates with many high potential lights, many neurodivergent, and many individuals who are juggling so many different things. And I want to encourage the listeners that if this year has been a year in which they've been juggling a lot of things to help, to recalibrate. And by the way, our episode on burnout, that is our top episode with Tara Heaslip, is not the only episode where we talk about burnout. There's some incredible guests who we share tips and tricks and best practices to overcome, that burnout. Well, I.
Dan Collins 00:29:55 Like this one because it's titled how can you Overcome burnout and Find Your True Passion?
Speaker 3 00:30:03 yeah.
Dan Collins 00:30:04 And with Tara.
Speaker 3 00:30:05 Heaslip, we of.
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:30:06 Course talked a little.
Speaker 3 00:30:07 Bit. Are we seeing her name correctly?
Dan Collins 00:30:08 Yes. Okay. I just want to make sure.
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:30:11 We also talked about the book by Mark woollen, who I've mentioned in several episodes, which is it didn't start with you, and that's the book where we talk about, epigenetics and how it doesn't mean that it's all about us. There's a lot of times that we're carrying trauma and difficulties that come from other things. We also talked about the book You Can Heal Your Life by Louise Hay. And meditation practices are some of these things and tools and tips that have helped many of our guests to be able to live that confident life. We also talked about many of our episodes. We talked about Reiki practitioners. We talked about shadow work. We also talked about the individuality that we have in doing our inner work, how it is a practice and it's not a destination.
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:31:05 And I want to encourage listeners that as we wrap up this year and begin another one that you remember that our life, our journey to confidence, our journey to living the life that we imagine is not about getting there. It's about doing the work and knowing that it's not a straight path. It's going to be an up and down. But the journey is so worth it because everything that you pick up along the journey is going to help you become a better version of yourself, and it's going to empower you to create a greater impact in the lives of the people around you and the people in this world. Because our world needs the gifts that we all bring to the table.
Speaker 3 00:31:46 Cool.
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:31:47 So that's our top ten, Dan.
Dan Collins 00:31:49 That's a pretty good top ten.
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:31:51 And I will like I said, I had some incredible people that I loved, people who are partner with and think people who I will always think about and remember. for instance, Angel Tucci, she is someone that is doing some incredible work and has introduced me some incredible people who are part of the podcast.
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:32:15 Of course, you know, we have women like Andy Lyons who is helping women not be caged by their age. We also talk about dismantling the demon of self-doubt. We talked about humor. We also talked about how to ground yourself. And of course, we have episodes that help us, like Barbara Arrowsmith, who help us rewire our brain.
Speaker 3 00:32:51 And if you go.
Dan Collins 00:32:53 For a little sprucing up in the wiring department right about now.
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:32:57 Well, I want to encourage you that if you are looking for how to face your fears, How to help your kids with anxiety. How to work through your own anxiety. How to be able to learn. How to create that legacy. That you go in and you start to settle back and listen to some of the incredible individuals that have graced us. And if you know someone that you would love to hear on the episodes coming up in this coming year. Share it with us on social media. And remember that it's not about doing the work alone, it's about creating community.
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:33:40 And for that reason, I want to encourage you of two things, Daniel.
Speaker 3 00:33:45 Okay. Go ahead.
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:33:46 And I'm going to encourage you to attend as well.
Speaker 3 00:33:48 All right.
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:33:49 Go ahead. Number one, I want to encourage you to attend the Confident You CEO retreat because.
Speaker 3 00:33:56 I can come.
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:33:56 You can come. And it's about planning and being intentional because we all are coming in with our luggage, our baggage from the years past. But if we can create intentionality and plan, we can really have more power over the things that we do, and we can create better habits for our new year. And of course, if you continue to go through the new year, I want to encourage you to find a community that loves and supports you. And I hope that perhaps you consider joining us in the Confident You Mastermind. Dan Collins 00:35:43 Was I was talking to the.
Speaker 3 00:35:44 Listeners. Oh, I thought.
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:35:45 You were talking about me. Fine.
Dan Collins 00:35:46 Well, it's not over.
Julie DeLucca-Collins 00:35:47 I guess it can't all be about me.
Speaker 3 00:35:49 That's true. So.
Dan Collins 00:35:51 And, you know, I'm looking forward to time with you all, so.
